1. Warranty Coverage (Lifetime)
Sybrant Studio warrants that each custom fishing rod is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use for a period of lifetime from the original date of purchase.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product with an equivalent model.
2. What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover damage, failure, or wear resulting from:
Misuse, abuse, or improper handling
Negligence or failure to follow recommended care instructions
Accidents, impacts, or crushing
Use with line, lures, or tackle exceeding the rod’s rated specifications
Exposure to extreme temperatures, chemicals, or improper storage
Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
3. Warranty Claim Requirements
To submit a claim, the original purchaser must provide:
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
A description of the issue
Photos or the physical product for inspection, if requested
Claims may be denied if the damage is determined to be outside the scope of this warranty.
